Location, room, pools, beach access .

The the all inclusive wasn't ALL INCLUSIVE. Because of the limited menu at the buffet. The restaurant should be part of the All inclusive..

La habitación muy equipada, con todo lo necesario. Personal amable.

Quizás algo más de variedad en el buffet sería un aspecto a mejorar.

Location is great on beautiful West Bay! We have come to the beach and Infinity Bay many times as visitors. Pools were beautiful. Gardens are well maintained. Breakfast was good.

The unit we were in was a bit dated and in need of repairs with window coverings. Some cockroaches...but it's tropical. Not necessarily cleaned the best. Dont expect to get in room early. 3:00 is the rule. We were not picked up on time from ferry in spite of sending a message several days before...message was not answered until after arriving at property. The resort needs to do something I ng about guests claiming their chairs around the pool....like way prior to 6 am. We sat there for 6 hours and literally some of the chairs were never sat in as the people that "claimed" them never showed all day. The resort is now overrun eith residents and cruise ship day pass folks making it a less enjoyable experience. Think of a cruise ship mentality with all...getting chairs, food, drinks. If someone is not using a chair, a guest who wants to enjoy the pool should be able to get a chair around the pool.

Que no había agua para tomar en la habitación Tuve que bajar al restaurante por 1 bote con agua

I liked everything about it no complaints.

Just did not have entertainment nights

Bel hôtel près de la plage et le petit déjeuner

Nous avions appelé la réception del'hôtel pour réserver la navette du port à l'hôtel. Quand nous sommes arrivés la navette n'était pas là. Nous avons attendu une demi heure et les avons appelé. Une dame m'a répondu de ne pas m'inquiéter et que la navette allait arriver. Nous avons appelé 4 fois, et à chaque fois soit la même personne ou un réceptionniste nous disait ne vous inquiétez pas .... Nous avons attendu 2 heures .... Jusqu'à 19 heures ! Il n'y avait plus qu'un seul taxi au port et il faisait nuit. Du coup nous avons pris le taxi. Quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel ils se sont à peine excusés et nous ont remboursé le montant du taxi. Nous n'avons eu aucune compensation. Nous trouvons cela inadmissible. Ils nous ont menti sans arrêt en nous disant que la navette arrivait ! Il n'y avait plus personne au port ! Nous étions engoissés. Nous déconseillons cet hôtel.
