The location was great . Located on best part of the beach. The rooms were beautiful and clean

Customer service was terrible. The reception staff was unfriendly and arrogant . They never sent my luggage to the room. After four hours I went to reception to remind them because they never pick up the phone . Food in restaurant is terrible. The bar by pool has better food

"Great location, lots of space"

The property is in the perfect location with a large snorkel/beach area further from the boats

The food was expensive and not that great. Our ac was broken the first night also. We could not get in touch with anyone and no compensation was made
