Beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. Jane and Ged were lovely hosts and extremely helpful with great communication before our stay with helpful tips.

The host Jane and Ged were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Easy walk to shops etc.

The noise of the power shower. The fairly steep stairs to our room (note: we are in our 70s).

The decor was unique and gave it a real boutique feel. The owner was lovely, helpful and gave great recommendations. Free parking and a short walk to cafes, shops and the beach. Near to bus stops so could travel about without the car too. In summer when they serve breakfast, I can imagine it would be a lovely experience in the dining room.

It wasn't clear when I booked that the private bathroom for my room was external to the room (a Booking.com classification problem - en suite is what I should have looked for) and it was situated between two other guest rooms. The owner did let me know before coming and offer me the chance to change in advance and pay more for an ensuite. I thought I'd be fine but I didn't appreciate that the bathroom wasn't lockable when not in use so I didn't want to leave my personal belongings inside, and it also didn't have a hand basin which isn't obvious from the pics - you had to go back to the bedroom which had a sink to wash hands. There was anti-bac gel in the bathroom but I don't use it because I have a skin condition. This probably wouldn't be an issue for many people but if an ensure is important to you, then would recommend paying more for that.

The Price for the Room was Affordable. Had shower, Toilet. coffee machine, coffee,tea sachets,milk also Replenish station in Corridor. Instead of Curtain French Shutters. Was a nice Surprise. Comfortable bed. T.V with BBC i- Player and Extra's too. Hosts Where very nice and accomadating. Given key fob to Enter Property easy to use.

Great location to walk from train station, into town, the beach and very handy for the Beryl scooters that we used every day to get about!

No breakfast during the winter but we enjoyed the local cafes instead!

Gorgeous, quirky little Guesthouse. The owners are so lovely and made us feel very welcome. Excellent location, particularly as we were within walking distance of the beach and the town. Will definitely stay there again when we are next visiting this area.
