Sehr attraktive Lage direkt im Zentrum, insgesamt schön gestaltetes Außenareal, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Vorhänge an den Betten sorgen für etwas Privatsphäre

Der Zimmerstandard war sehr einfach. Es gab weder Licht noch Lademöglichkeiten direkt an den Betten, und das Badezimmer wirkte deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit hätte insgesamt besser sein können. Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers meinerseits (falsches Datum) hatte ich um eine Rückerstattung für eine Nacht gebeten. Diese wurde leider mit Verweis auf die Buchung über Booking abgelehnt, obwohl laut Booking-Kundenservice grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit hierzu bestanden hätte, das Hostel aber scheinbar direkt abgelehnt hat. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Kulanz und Entgegenkommen gewünscht.

In a good location with a strip of pubs, nightclubs, restaurants,clothing stores, etc in walking distance. staff are so friendly and helpful. The office is open late which is convenient if you’re getting to your accommodation late.
