Old fashioned pub hotel. Breakfast staff was really nice and it was clean

The pub below the hotel didn't serve you. You had to order and pay immediately at the bar, really strange even when you did not have desert yet. The food was expensive and not that good. Even though they had normal table seating. It was strange and they weren't very nice about it or explain anything, breakfast staff excluded though.

Good central location with parking! Very comfy bed. Clean. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble! Very good breakfast included!

The en-suite bathroom was clean but dated. The stairs and hallways leading to the rooms were tired and needed an update too, bit scruffy but once in the room it was lovely!

Room could do with updating Great we could take our dog Nice walks in the area for dogs or just a stroll

Everything! The location was great for exploring the area. The room was clean, spacious, well stocked, plenty of storage areas and plugs. The staff were friendly. On site parking was useful.

Not surprisingly for the centre of Frome, parking can be a challenge!

Only thing would say is the toilet was very difficult to flush!
