In the centre of town, a private car park and very friendly helpful staff. Nice included breakfast

Bit tired in places. We had two rooms and one was better than the other. I had a tired bathroom which needs renovation. You couldn’t shut the windows properly so glad it wasn’t freezing!! Small bedrooms but all you need was provided. Lots of stairs, up and windy to the rooms, not suitable for all.

Unfortunately we had to have dinner at other locations due to the lack of choice for vegetarians which was a shame as we wanted to eat here. It was unusual as their vegetarian breakfast seemed quite popular.

The room was in a bit of a warren but once we got there it was good. The shower room was a bit cramped but adequate. The bed was comfortable, with an excellent duvet.The breakfast was excellent and the staff were pleasant

Lot of narrow stairs to room on top floor. Felt B&b bit expensive for facilities. But pleasant stay overall.

Frome can be noisy with late night revellers. Take some ear plugs!

Evening meals and breakfasts were well cooked and good. My room was lovely - very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect and more. Location very central and ideal. All was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast menu a little limited. My bathroom window didn't close properly and there was a lot of noise coming through on one night. My sister's room was smaller and quite dark with no window in the bathroom. Room numbering a little confusing and the corridors and stairways a little rambling, but this was to be expected in an historic property. Decor a little tired, but all very clean and tidy.
