The staff were very helpful about storing our bicycles in a back room.

Lovely vege breakfast , light room and spacious , very friendly staff

Everything was just right except that the bed was a bit old and not that comfy , also the quilt was too thick for this weather.

Lovely old building. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend provided you are OK with stairs.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location in the centre of Frome with free parking and a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast.

Not their fault at all but the road outside (which isn’t a big road) was quite noisy first thing in the morning - I was at the front so I expect the back is quieter. Nothing much the hotel can do about that.

This was my 3rd stay. My room was great. I was expecting a single, but was put in a small double, which was lovely, cosy, clean and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Wayne who is a national treasure and just brilliant. I would always try to stay here if I can.

Comfortable room & bed. Good location for exploring the town/market. Nice selection of teas/coffee/biscuits in room. Good to have breakfast included, good selection of cooked & cold bits, & a private car parking space.

I'm a light sleeper so was kept awake by people outside late at night, cars & a rattling window that rattled with the wind (room 7). Breakfast was pretty good value but thought some meat in the brekky like the sausage could have been better quality. One chair in my room in particular looked like it had seen better days & needs to be replaced. I was fine with stairs personally but there was a lot of staircases both up and down to get to my room.

The location was perfect. The room was comfy & clean. Even though the place was full it wasn't noisy.

Too many stairs, it's an old building so not much you can do but if I'd known I'd would have requested the nearest to reception.

Camera non corrispondente a quella prenotata, le foto erano completamente differenti dalla stanza assegnataci. Camera piccola e assolutamente non insonorizzata, sembrava di stare in strada. Bagno minuscolo. Appena arrivati abbiamo detto che volevamo prenotare un tavolo e il cameriere ci ha risposto che non c’erano problemi, non specificando l’orario di chiusura della cucina. Siamo scesi alle 21 e ci ha comunicato che la cucina era chiusa, suggerendoci quindi un locale vicino alla struttura.
