The staff were a delight .

Can't think of anything off hand that I didnt like .

Nice location, clean/comfortable room/friendly breakfast staff.

Parking arrangements could be better.

Location perfect, staff friendly and welcoming, and really nice restaurant/pub and food. Parking was ok but bit fiddly.

Main issue was that Room 13 under the roof was unbearably hot. Poor ventilation, and told no fan was available to us so the heat just built up and stayed, so near impossible to hang out for a short while in room let alone get any sleep. It was a fairly unexpected proper heatwave but a fan should have been found/provided for us at least as was an oven, staying above 30oC into evenings.. Windows barely opened (let lots of flies in but little air), curtains let full light in, and was very noisy at front from early hours. Toilet also a dodgy flush. Would avoid this room in hot weather if possible until its fixed up better. Other rooms hopefully didn't have these issues as hotel great otherwise.

A warm welcome. The staff were amazing and the room was lovely. The fact that it is in an old coaching in was so good. A bar and restaurant too. Could not be any better. Central location too. Would recommend it.

Location in the centre of town was brilliant. Only 10 mins away from the venue for my Niece wedding. Good value for money with breakfast included. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms well equipped and clean. All the staff where very friendly Wayne was fantastic.

Bed was a little bit hard for me.
