"Could be so much better. Real shame. Won't be staying again."

Location close to airport - and M&S food store. Although as I stayed all week, the road and airport noise were not ideal. OK for one night, wouldn't recommend for a longer stay.

Breakfast: Limited selection of food & fruit. Croissants not fresh. Housekeeping: Towels old and hard. Shower gels not replenished all week. Dinner: Fish and chips - very small amount of fish, little flavour. Overall, gave the impression of trying to save money everywhere. Staff: Didn't feel well trained or empowered to solve problems (at check-in or check-out). e.g. had requested bill when booking, but no-one available at check-out 8:00, couldn't get bill.

"Very disappointed. Hotel needs a complete refresh."

Bed was comfortable.

Food was poor (dinner and breakfast) and the hotel is very dated, in particular the bedrooms. Toilet was dirty and the noise from the road was louder than expected.

"All good and very convenient"

Breakfast was ok, a little manual but understandable for the money.

A little table service would have been good, clearing, milk with tea the little things.
