Too noisy during the night

The history of the Inn from 1397. The view from the garden. Situated close to Bath, Chew Valley Lake, Frome, and The Newt. The unique rooms were furnished beautifully, clean, and warm. The staff were very helpful and breakfast and evening meals were very nice.

The drivers, who were not obeying the 20mph, through the village.

Excellent service and the food is delicious

The walls and ceilings are quite thin and squeaky so you can hear guests in other rooms.

Aussergewöhnliches Hotel mit viel Charme. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurückgesetzt. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Amazing inn, loved the character. Food good and great atmosphere.

Lovely historic building with amazing room, beautiful four poster (with the comfort of modern mattress and bedding), cleverly installed shower room without spoiling the character of the room, lovely bar and dining spaces beneath beamed ceilings and nice terrace with great views. Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay special and food (dinner and breakfast) was great.
