Breakfast was excellent

Although spaces to park, parking could be a bit tight

Its up a hill, and the parking was a bit difficult

For my mobility issues, ease of private parking, ground floor room Garden suite. opening onto terrace. Fabulous views a small garden that’s accessible, an enormous one that is terraced down to a pool belonging to a diving school. Too deep and unsupervised for guests. Breakfast delivered on a tray beautifully cooked. Prior to which a continental breakfast is delivered in a sweet little basket and left outside the door. We liked being left alone, it if you want the room serviced extra towels etc you only have to pop a note in the box with your breakfast menu. The kitchen in our suite was equipped with just about everything to cook a fabulous meal. Nice lounge, with games and an honesty bar. Suited my husband who sat and watched the sun go down with a g and t. Friendly and helpful family run. What’s not to like.

From my point of view on the top of a very steep hill, but that’s Ilfracombe. A car was essential.

The room and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Big spacious room with huge bathroom, super tasty breakfasts and lovely Cath who was there when we needed any help or advice. We didn't want to leave.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at Epchris, absolutely no issues, room was comfortable, breakfast great, the host Cathy was just lovely.No issues at all.

Epchris was up a hill from the main town, so you either have to be fit or take your time.

Home away from home. We had a lovely stay here, and especially loved having breakfast in the garden. So peaceful and such a lovely view. Thank you!
