The size of the room was good and you had everything you needed

This was my second stay at this hotel which is ok for a night but only if you don't hold high expectations. On arrival and checking in I had to ask for a towel as none had been left in my room, which I would expect to be standard. The bed was comfy. The worst thing I experienced was that on arriving back late at the hotel the whole place through the stairwell and up to the top floor stank of weed

We have stayed before and will again, always a great night in the pub with live music and very comfortable bed

Location good.Initial staff helpful and pleasant.

ROOM POSSIBLY ANOTHER CHAIR AND BEDSIDE TABLES EITHER SIDE FOR EASIER USE OF TEA/COFFEE. MOST DISLIKE HAVING BOOKED BREAKFAST TO FIND ON ATTENDING RESTAURANT LOCKED NO STAFF TO BE SEEN.ADEQUATE

Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

No soap and hand towels. Shower door was damaged.

The bed was clean and comfortable

No hot water, and the breakfast staff did not turn up, i paid for a breakfast that was not provided and i am seeking a refund, i have emailed the hotel, so far, with no response.

Personal war sehr nett, und das Frühstück wurde immer frisch für jeden einzelnen zubereitet. Das war wirklich gut.

Als Hundebesitzer wäre es manchmal besser, wenn es keinen Teppich in den Zimmern gäbe. Die Ausstattung war bereits älter, aber alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.
