The location was excellent. Our room ( 3) was brilliant, with a great view across the fells. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was very good. A god buffet and a varied menu. I would highly recommend it. It's on the pricey side, but worth it if you get a front large room. Local produce and toiletries in the bathroom. They really try to embrace the fact they are in the Lakes.

It's not a dislike, but our room could have done with a small table to go with the 2 chairs in the window.

We love this B&B. Rooms are good and comfortable. Only wish they would at least service the rooms when you’re staying for 6 days. When asked we did get clean towels. The breakfasts here are FANTASTIC. Plenty of fruit and yoghurt my favorite breccy. Hot food good choice too as they offer so much more than a fry up.

A fantastic hotel, staff are absolutely amazing, genuinely so friendly and made you feel at home. Thank you for an amazing stay, will live in the memories for a long time and we will definitely be back
