Fabulous location, excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

It was perfect, great location, had an amazing view from our room.every thing was perfect definitely be back.

Being on the top floor, it was the only room left, it was worth it though for the view.

Fantastic location close to the lake and close to Keswick centre, Friendly hosts, Great views of the nearby mountains from our room. The breakfasts were really nice and well presented with a wide selection to choose from. Highly recommend if you like both walking and eating out

"A very restful few days"

Our room size was fabulous. We had a front facing with a king size bed. It was quiet for sleeping and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and service terrific.

Would have loved a choice of herbal tea options in the room. Only 1 type of tea. Instant coffee only. Would also have liked a disposable shower cap. Small things, and perhaps sounds petty, but would lift this BnB to the next level. Be aware there are stairs, so you do need to be strong to carry suitcases up and back down.
