ibis Styles Bordeaux Meriadeck

All staff were friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was very good, better than we anticipated. Great location for transport as tram just 100 meters up the road. Bathroom a little awkward but does the job. Room clean. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Séjour très bien très belle ville Avec un super soleil

After reading some reviews on this hotel I wondered what I had booked. Our stay was excellent, staff were helpful and personable and could speak English, which is always a bonus. The room was clean, well looked after and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet style eat as much or as little as you wanted, with plenty of tea, coffee and fresh fruit drinks. They only thing that I would like to see is the facility of tea/coffee in the room. A pleasant experience. We would stay again.

Tout est très bien , le personnel o top que ça soit au restaurant ainsi qu’à l’hôtel. Le seul soucis c’est toujours les variations entre l’eau froide et eau chaude très désagréable.

Buona struttura pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima sia per raggiungere i punti d'interesse sia per raggiungere l'aeroporto. Unica pecca: materasso scomodissimo.

Équipe vraiment au top. Merci à Pauline du restaurant la boucherie et son nouveau collègue qui m’ont fait passer un excellent moment. Le veilleur de nuit est lui aussi très bien .

Alojamiento muy bien comunicado con habitaciones reformadas. El desayuno muy poco variado y por lo general no reponen lo que se termina y las dos veces que nos hemos alojado en el hotel había hormigas en el comedor. El personal no da soluciones a los problemas que se le plantean.

in general ok. the person at the reception was not very friendly and disinterested . we were alone when we checked in so there was presure.

Our room had a terrible sewage smell on and off. Breakfast was not worth it. We did not get apple juice, coffee machines were broken, no pancakes other morning, joghurt bowl was empty, cleanliness was not good in breakfast. This experience was from two mornings. Eat somewhere else. Otherwise location is good and tram A goes next to hotel.
