Très bon hôtel confortable, propre, très proche des transports. Je recommande.

Walking into the city center was easy from the hotel and getting to and from the airport using the tram system was very convenient. Suggestions for improving the property ... get rid of the carpets in the building ... they smell and are off putting ... tile or cement the floors. There are no restaurants around so the bar should offer "tapas", little things to eat in the afternoon and evening. We left very early in the morning and it would have been nice to have a cup of coffee or tea, juice and a croissant available. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Accueil chaleureux, restauration très satisfaisante, point faible : insonorisation intérieure, bruits perceptibles entre chambre. Bonne situation géographique.

15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum, nahe ÖV, ringhörigezimmer, gute Bette, eine Renovation wäre angesagt. Frühstück nicht sehr appetitlich. Ok Preis Leistung

The wine may be fine but the entire City of Bordeaux needs a good cleaning to start with. Compared to somewhere like Biarrittz they could also be better with treatment of tourists. There are a lot of wineries in this world.

Trovata la camera con il termostato impostato a 5 gradi! Ovviamente è una temperatura irraggiungibile e a metà settembre non ha comunque senso, ma entrando in camera alle nove di sera era come entrare in un frigorifero. Ho spento ma la mattins dopo l'hanno reimpostata così. Forse lo fanno per evitare il proliferare del cattivo odore che aleggia negli ambienti, probabilmente per la vecchia moquette dei corridoi e delle stanze. Altro problema era la finestra, con la maniglia che non chiudeva bene e la guarnizione tutta strappata. Come risultato i rumori della strada non erano abbattuti. Entrambi gli abatjour non si accedevano e, sul mio, non c'era proprio la lampadina. La pulizia è stata insufficiente. In definitiva stanza e bagno, ma in generale tutta la struttura, hanno bisogno di una seria ristrutturazione. Unico aspetto sufficiente è stata la colazione, abbastanza varia ed abbondante.

Zuerst beim checkin mussten wir 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln Das 1. war besetzt und das 2. in schlechtem Zustand Das 3. gross und recht schön. War im neuen Teil des Hotels. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Habe den Abfluss selber gereinigt. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück war gut, jedoch bezüglich Sauberkeit, Messer waren nicht gründlich gewaschen( Essensreste) , und Tische nicht sauber geputzt

Pauline receptionist at the hotel was very helpful! She spoke English as a second language which was essential when there was a problem with my son's room booking and I had to ring the travel agent in the UK.
