"Good experience "

Nice little hotel and just walking distance to the city centre. Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Hotel is also walking distance away from Tram station and hire bikes.

"Expensive for what it was"

The reception staff were lovely, attentive and helpful. Nothing we requested was too much trouble There was indoor parking which is what we wanted The bed was comfortable but the air conditioning was broken and we spent the night over quite a main road with a tram line outside, with the window open and a fan whirring all night. It was a nice touch that they had provided a fan in the circumstances but considering the price we paid, a reduction offer would have been welcomed The room was clean but the towels not so much. The cleaning service was friendly and attentive

"Adequate for a short stay"

the room was adequate for my needs, good efficient bathroom , quiet at night. One of the beds needs a mattress change as it sags in the middle, the other was fine. Breakfast is good, although not too much choice of pastries, coffee good. Air conditioning was not working but we were provided with a fan.

Worst ibis ever... whenever you go to Bordeaux try as much as possible to avoid booking a room in this hotel unless you have no other choice. Ps there is no ac unlike what is mentioned in the description.

It was an awful hitel. Air conditioning was broken, no compensation, unable to pay the taxes in cash, staff were unpleasant and unhelpful, no manager around. We have been travelling to Bordeaux for 8 years and this was the worst hotel we have been at by miles!

The hotels air conditioning is not working! The hardly apologies! Then a guest was given my room whilst I was in it! They walked into my room whilst I was sleep and were able to get in without any issue, which makes me questions the security of this place. I went to Speak to the manager before breakfast, her attitude was careless and rude. She did not even try to investigate what happened and did not say a word to me after, overall worse experience ever and I want my money back

Nice location helpful staff furniture and fittings are worn, good breakfast but the bar service was poor all staff appeared rushed and stressed.

"Warm welcome "

So helpful even with our very late arrival. Car park entrance needs proper signage and is extremely tight for large car
