"Ibis Styles Bordeaux"

very good clean hotel. Restaurant fairly good. Wine a bit expensive especially when compared to Spain. Staff friendly and helpful. Took a long time in rush hour to travel off the motorway through the town to the hotel. Had difficulty actually finding the car park. Would be helpful if it had a sign at the actual entrance to the car park or instructions on the booking confirmation.

"Nice"

Confy two nighter hotel. Tricky to find since first floor is a restaurant. Parking is 10 euros. 10 minute walk to town center. Confy bed.

All was good apart from the toilet being low and a tight squeeze, and nothing to do with the hotel but next door were quite amorous on the Saturday night.Staff were all very helpful.

The room was as stated, which met our expectations. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I needed a dentist, they went out of their way to find one suitable, very satisfied. We would stay here again.

Restaurant service was poor..wrong order delivered on two occasions. Only one fish dish on menu. Breakfast was chaotic and needs positioning of food reviewed. Bar..well designed but had to wait for service from overstretched restaurant staff.

Friendly staff who spoke good english. Great location 3 mins walk from tram station. Excellent choice for breakfast. Room was bright & clean, bed was comfortable.

"Very pleasant hotel"

Definitely a nice hotel overall. Compared to another ibis Styles property we stayed at in Paris, this one had a much larger shower and plenty of hot water coming out of the taps. The options for breakfast were quite nice as well.

Difficult to locate entrance by car ... no check-in / reception desk .. one person (nice guy) using laptop & mobile phone .. which did not give appearance of being professional setup .. same person seemed to do everything (rushed) ... restaurant and bar seemed to be seperate

The hotel is well located, only a few minutes walk from the tram, and relatively close to both the center and the airport. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast.
