bed was uncomfortable and the bedroom door was NOT a fire door and you could see the gaps around it from the hallway lights. Sting of 10% service charge for evening meal

With easy parking in October, comfortable clean rooms, freshly cooked breakfast and decent evening meals, this hotel was ideal as a base to explore the surrounding area. The lady who took the booking was very helpful and picked a lovely room for us (12) that totally fitted our requirements. The small details - decaf and fruit teas and individual bath products in the rooms and banana loaf and Welsh cakes on the breakfast buffet were appreciated too. We will certainly stay here again in the future.

Bathroom needs smartening up e.g new sealant around bath. External door to room poorly fitted and lock not very secure

Used the hotel a number of times due to working in the area, Great hotel & cannot fault - always suggest this hotel when in the area.

Great friendly staff, great bar and restaurant on site, perfect breakfast for a day of cycling. Parking on site. Great value for money.

Central location in town.
