Kanuni Kervansaray Historical Hotel

The building and its courtyard are spectacular and beautiful at the same time, as well as very well located in the city. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Music and food were also just wonderful. Our rooms were fine although small and simplistic, not for someone in need of space and amenities galore. But you do feel like you could be a guest in a long ago palace where the point was not to hand in your room but to be a part of, and enjoy, the public spaces. Which includes the space outside the palace in the city, of course! We were very happy to have spent time there.

Otelin konumu çok iyi .Fakat kaldimiz oda çok kötü idi.Degistirmeyi teklif ettik otelin dolu olduğu söylendi fakat otel boştu. Oda cam bir bölmeyle ayrılmış hemen yatağın önünde banyonun içi olduğu gibi görünüyordu çok rahatsız oldum .Bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu .Çok otel de kaldık bunun kadar kötü bir oda görmemiştim herhalde bize otelin en kötü odası denk geldi .Çok uzuldum bilginize çıkarken yine bekleriz dediler ben bir daha gelmem diye yanıt verdim .Kimseye de tavsiye etmem .

Odalar ve banyo temiz kahvaltı memnun etmedi

We stayed in mid October for 10 days and were sometimes the only guests. Pool, bar etc were all shut and we were served breakfast on a tray instead of the normal open buffet. The place is a bit over restored but still impressive. The room was great, seemed very clean as was the bathroom. The bathroom got very muggy as it had no ventilation because of the thick walls, which is the same reason WiFi doesn't work in the rooms. This doesn't excuse the poor Wifi on the balcony or on one occasion, the Wifi next to reception didn't even work. The receptionist gave me another Wifi password and it connected but still very poor. Breakfast, staff and all were ok and as we didn't pay much for the hotel it was good value for money. Location is perfect, next to marina, castle and restaurants plus minibus to Alticum beach was 50 yards away.

While the main part of the building is really cool and impressive the rooms are not. First room smelt second room the slats on beds fell out. Both not very clean. The pool and spa were closed despite not being made clear on booking. But the worst was the 6 am and repeated calls to prayer as surrounded by mosques. The rooms are spartan - don't even have light shades! If you're really interested come for dinner The staff were friendly and helpful - need to spend more on cleaners though!

Great place, great location. Just needed better wifi access

Die Zimmer, das Hotel und das Personal an sich waren sehr super und zufriedenstellend. Einziges Manko war das Frühstück, sehr wenig Auswahl und inkl. 3 Tage Durchfall danach. Also bitte die Finger vom essen lassen.

Fantastic location, beautiful building. The staff were great but there is no bar or service in the evening, but there was no problem bringing in a bottle of wine from a local shop.

Reception görevlisi Yasemin hanıma yardımları için özel olarak teşekkür ederiz. Bizi yağmurda mağdur olmaktan kurtardı. Odada su ısıtıcı ve çay ile kahve olursa muhteşem olur. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık

Konumu çok iyi karşılama iyi ancak bazı Çalışanların yaklaşımı çözümdenuzak. Örnek.sabah 07.45 gibi ayrılmamız gerektiği için erken kahvltı tabağı veya kumanya talep ettik.ancak resepsiyon görevlisi tek cümleyle böyle bir uygulamalarının olmadığını açık büfe ikramı olduğu 08.00/10.00arası alınabileceğini söyledi.Oysa birçok yurt dışı veya yurt içi otellerde uyğulandığını bildirdiğimiz halde ilgisiz kalındı. Sabah o saatte ayrılırken kahvaltı hazırlayan görevliler ise bize bildirilse hazırlardık dediler.bir standardın olmadığı çözüm aranmadığı görülmüş oldu.
