Kanuni Kervansaray Historical Hotel

We went there with our friends, the room was so dirty and the staff were unfriendly, because of these problems, they do not care customer satisfaction, they only care Money, please choose other hotels

Description: Mediocre hotel Reception:friendly but negligent Room size: sufficient Bathroom: modern Hygiene: clean linen, floors and surfaces dusty Location: sights within walking distance Value for money: poor Score (1=poor;10=extraordinary) 4 Comment: Wifi insufficient in the rooms, bar keeper serves closed bottles, coffee spilled over saucers ; no daily room maid service, room maid does not automatically change towels and linens, Negligence and sloppiness in a nice location

This building is a real wonderfull. But a really bad hotel! Really dirty! The only thing that works is the parking lot...... We orderd some drinks....4 mistakes ... Bathroom dirty The room was not made No fresh towels The pool has 4 sunchairs İ don t recommend it!

A beautiful hotel right in the center of Cesme. Perfectly renovated and highly recommend. The Sultan-Suite ist not more expensive than 2 normal rooms but it offers two terraces, a private sauna and jacuzzi and perhaps the most beautiful bedroom you have seen

Hi Every Body** It's me again Salah ** The cesme kanuni kervansaray historical was a Great hotel, in historical area ,I had a Double room on the First floor No: 203 for a night ,everything about this hotel Great, location, building, decoration, rooms, bath room and terrace, Good staff in reception Check in was quick, the manager is friendly & helpful (He oversees everything you can find him in reception ,restaurant, everywhere) The room were large clean & the bed was comfortable, Floor in the room is padded by wood ,The bathroom was nice ,There are a nice sofa beside the room for relaxation and meditation ,The breakfast was delicacies and the waiter as a bee, so nice, a lot of shops & restaurants around & the Bus station not far away, In 5 min walk you are in the down town ,Very good value ,I recommend Cesme is a lovely city, Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely return again. Salah .

During our wonderful stay we had the chance to enjoy the traditional Turkish spa (Turkish Hamum) by two beautiful ladies who gave us an experience that was the highlight of our visit to Cesme. I certainly recommend this to all travellers when visiting this beautiful historical hotel in Cesme in Turkey

Very good locatıon center of cesme near the castle, average breakfeast, good for short stay, close to port whıch connect you to khıos wıth fery about 45 mınutes,free otopark,you must stay seconf floor

Stayed for a couple of nights. Nice historical building located in the heart of Cesme with complimentary parking. Apart from that our stay was a nightmare. The first day was a wedding on the terrace until 3am and the second day a singer. Tiny room, filthy bathroom, filthy air condition, swimming pool not made for swimming, bad quality breakfast...

Awesome location, close to everything. Good staff, pleasant and very helpful. A priceless price of history to witness.

we have stayed there for only one night and it was off-season (April). Room and linens were clean, had a tiny bathroom. The pool was closed so check with hotel if you want to dip your toes out of season. Breakfast was rather simple and could have been better.
