GBThe location is fabulous with great view of the rock by the pool. Good breakfast buffet and beautiful chalet by the water with different theme for different sections.
The property is advertised on Booking as 5 star but only 3 on Google map?? Also the chalet provided initially was full of mold by the bed and everywhere around. The smell was very strong and unpleasant and made me feel sick. There were even mushrooms growing in the bathroom! When asked about the state of the room I was told all rooms have mold. The next morning I went to complain as I could not sleep due to the smell and we were kindly upgraded to a renovated chalet which was decent nothing exceptional for the price you pay. Very disappointing to spend an amount that would you spend in Europe to find rooms in that state. Also unacceptable to let people breathe that amount of mold which could affect someone health!

NLEen prachtig hotel met ongelooflijk aardig en servicegericht personeel ( vooral de aardige mevrouw bij de restaurant receptie ) .De kamers zijn nogal versleten maar wel schoon . Het eten was heerlijk en de sfeer was rustig en ontspannend
RUБлизость к Сигерии. Добраться удобно до главных достопримечательностей. В отеле помогли организовать трансфер. Вкусный ужин - куриный суп просто восхитительный. На этом плюсы заканчиваются.
От персонала в отеле остались негативные впечатления только. Найти бронирование и оперативно заселить нас не смогли. Хотя заселение с 14 часов, мы приехали в 18 и еще ждали, пока сотрудница наговорится со всеми подряд и примется за работу. Сразу заметно повышенное отношение к туристам не из России, например китайцам. Пришел автобус с китайцами и нам весь мозг вынесли, чтобы мы свою машину убрали. Отель заявляет наличие паркинга, при этом рядом с местом среди деревьев табличка «паркуйтесь на свой страх и риск». Другого паркинга специализированного нет. Территория достаточно большая, особенно это ощущается когда идет дождь. И в отеле не предусмотрены даже никакие гольф кары, чтобы можно было багаж доставить до виллы.
