The view is amazing the location is good.

The room and facilities was not up to the standards. Rooms were dark and no space in washrooms. Totally unacceptable rooms conditions in this high price.

Really appreciate Shehan's service in the restaurant is really good and friendly guy who help to the customers faithfully

Pros: nice sea view location Service is fantastic. Most of the staff go above and beyond so you have a pleasant stay. I haven't seen such an experience in my entire trip. This was also the only place that brought us water without asking for it. They do care for their guests. Cons: the WiFi speed is extremely slow. Even an audio call was tough. Rooms are a bit dated. We had a deluxe room - on the left we could see a construction site because of which we did not have that unobstructed view. So do check when you book.

We had a wonderful stay at Citrus Hotell Hikkaduwa. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Special appreciation to Ms. Dinusha Sandeepani, Reservation Agent of this hotel for providing all the required things to made our stay comfortable. She was very supportive during our stay. The dining experience was also impressive, with delicious meals and a good selection. The ambiance of the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.
