Драные лежаки и матрасы. Плохая охрана. Охранник сидит где-то в кустах. Ходят цыгане по территории. Грязно плохо убираются. Бассейн ободранный как в отеле за 10 долларов. Вода в бассейне с химикатами разъедает кожу и глаза. Завтраки не очень за эти деньги.

The place was excellent. Love the food. The location was beautiful. Must say the service was really good. The place is really clean. The songs and music is perfect. It was worth the price for every single time we had. A place with the noise of the ocean. LOVE IT.

We stayed at Citrus Hotel Hikkaduwa on the 15th and 16th of November and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a lovely welcome from the Reception The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were very happy with the value for money of our room. The food could be improved a bit we love to see more variety in the dinner buffet. but the service made up for it Mr. Malindu our waiter, provided excellent and friendly service throughout our stay. We also met Mr. Dammi at the Pool who was very friendly and made our time even more enjoyable. Also life guards also very helpful. Special thanks thanks to mr Nalin Vitharana And Ishara Udayanka , Viraj at front Office Thank you so much to everyone at Citrus Hikkaduwa for making our stay so memorable.

Hi l'm Anna from Russia. It's a very beautiful hotel. Dammi's aqua aerobics classes are especially fantastic. I did it first time - it's very interesting and fun activity. Dammi is always smiling and very friendly with all guests. I am very pleased with the hotel. Food is good. The staff are very responsive and friendly. They are always ready to help. I think I'll come back to this hotel next time because of great service and super aqua aerobics classes with Dammi.

The aqua aerobics session at Citrus Hikkaduwa became one of the highlights of my stay! The atmosphere was light and fun, and the energetic, attentive Dammi animator made the workout truly inspiring. I especially loved how the class brought everyone together — it was a great mix of exercise and getting to know other guests. I left the session full of positive emotions and a desire to come back again. I highly recommend everyone to try it — it’s a great way to stay in shape and boost your mood while on vacation!

I had a very nice experience, every day the room was cleaned --thank you Mahinda!--, towels changed every day, 2 bottles of water , coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Also shampoo and shower gel. Very nice helpful people everywhere but special Mashi,Dinusha,Naleen and Lakidu from reception .I made a mistake by booking, I was sure I booked 16 days but in fact I did paid only 15 days..When they told me I almost get a hard attack --I was relaxing on the beach at that time:-) and I was completely embarrassed. But they help me out and fortunately for me, for 1 more night my room was the only one still free..:-).Breakfast has limited choices but because of this they are all fresh, every day a fresh juice and fresh fruits Outside the swimming pool was every morning vacuum cleaned, all over the hotel every morning was brushed, clean .Clean beach towels every time you need. The view from the balcony is absolutely amaising. Elevator is very silent. And what was big surprize was the fact that the rooms are very quiet, I did not here any neighbor in 16 days!I had massage from both Julian and Putu--a girl who was there in my last week--, both relaxing massage and they where very good.I hope I will come back again! Thank you Citrus Team for every nice moment that I spend by you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Wonderful Stay at Citrus Hotel Hikkaduwa! We stayed at Citrus Hotel Hikkaduwa on the 10th and 11th of November and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a lovely welcome from Malsha at the front office — she made us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were very happy with the value for money of our room. Mr. Kuree from security was also extremely kind and helpful, always smiling and sharing great information about the local area. The food could be improved a bit — we would love to see more variety in the breakfast and dinner buffet — but the service made up for it. Mr. Sahan, our waiter, provided excellent and friendly service throughout our stay. We also met Mr. Dammi, the animator, who was very friendly and made our time even more enjoyable. Overall, we felt like we were staying at home rather than in a hotel, thanks to the warmth of the entire team. Thank you so much to everyone at Citrus Hikkaduwa for making our stay so memorable.
