"Great stay in Cinnamon Citadel Kandy"

Our stay in Cinnamon Citadel was amazing. We had a few issues after checking in but duty manager Shrimali at night was quite helpful and concerned and offered help immediately. The Indian restaurant needs lots of improvement though in its food quality. The next day breakfast was quite a wide spread and special shout out to Lakshan for his outstanding services. Highly recommended in Kandy

"Beautiful hotel in Kandy"

We were at the Cinnamon citadel in Kandy for 2 nights. The hotel is on the banks of the Mahaweli river and our room had a beautiful river view ( the dining area and pool had a great view too ). Rooms were nice food was good and service was polite. Great stay.
