Wifi drops. Rooms are tired and not in great condition.

Hotel location is beautiful but the Restaurant staff was not at all pleasing and helpful. We have to wait for an Hour for our lunch and My mom order coffee and never received the coffee. Breakfast time they didn't even have bread we have wait 20mins for the bread.

Our second trip to this fantastic resort. This time we stayed in a beach chalet, which is more like a luxury tree house. We saw crocodiles, wild pigs. Water buffaloes and monkeys at the Cinnamon Wild. A great experience.

Great location..not for faint hearted as animals (elephants,wildboars and reptiles) roam around freely at night..friendly staff, great food.. Swimming pool cleanliness could've been better..

Fantastic being located so close to the Yala National Park borders. Lovely hotel, incredible breakfast, rooms are great - all round pretty good. Safari with Nature Trails was superb (their office is within the hotel).

Just one night but worth it great location and facilities

We stayed as part of a 3 week tour of Sri Lanka for our Honeymoon. The hotel is in a great location, inside the buffer zone of Yala NP, and as such very convenient for safaris in the park. Accomodation was in a lodge, which extremely clean and well maintained. You are really connected to nature here, with wild boar and the like freely wandering around. There were elephants through the grounds both nights we were there. The hotel insists on providing escorts back to the lodges after dark. Beautiful beach, although not safe for swimming. Lovely pool, and special mention to the Pool Guy who always took the guests across the bridge to beside the lagoon to see the crocs gathering in the evening time. Staff also very nice, and good (if a little weak & pricey) cocktails available - nice to have them on the rooftop bar at sunset. Our only complaint here was the food, which was just average. We opted for al-la-carte. We had stayed in Cinnamon Lodge in Habarana earlier in our trip, where we were all inclusive and had the buffet meals, and the food just did not compare.

So many animals here. Nice staff. Beautiful lake but watch out crocodiles. They have a nice swimming pool, do have a rest here. It is close to Yala Park.
