Good location and view.

The property management office lacks professionalism and failed to adequately prepare the unit for rent. Wi-Fi was not working the whole stay. No soap, bath robes. No washer or dryer.

Ease of check-in process and cleanliness.

Great location in Zermatt, with a view of the Matterhorn. Well stocked kitchen for longer stays. The host even left us some Swiss chocolates on arrival!

The location is so central and is within walkable distance to restaurants, shops and Train station. The place is so well planned / thought out that we didn't find anything missing. Kitchen is so well equipped as if it was done for one's own house kitchen. Hats off to the owner Mr. Imesch for taking good care of his guests. Hope to visit again.

The place was very nice. Had all we needed and couldn't complain about anything. The view when we woke up was incredible. Only issue with the view was that bad weather may ruin it.

The area ws a little high up. Gets very annoying to walk to with ski boots and ski equipment. Would highly recommend taking a taxi or the bus.

Host provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment is just perfect! Kitchen contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible for skiers. Locker for skies is provided as well as heating for ski boots

All was perfect

The studio is exceptionally clean and well appointed. If one is planning to ski — this is the perfect location! I have stayed in zermatt before near the train station in the busier part of town - however after my experience at this property, I am convinced staying on this further side of town offers superior ski access and does not require any walking through town in ski boots or boarding crowded buses.
