location was satisfactory

Where do I start. We stayed in the Winter and the central heating was barely working. It was always cold and we could not get the small apartment warm enough ever. The bathroom is tiny, there isn’t enough space to move in the shower, the pillows were old, smelly, worn out and flat like they had no filling in them and they were prickly with stuff coming out of them as they are falling apart, the blankets were horrible and old. There was only one set of towels which wasn’t enough for our stay. The TV had no Netflix, or English movie options. We could only watch German, Swiss or Italian shows. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash for male and female provided. The place generally felt dirty and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. It was definitely not worth the money. The building itself was also dark and dingy and the washing machines had to be paid for which is on a separate level right next to a massive creepy vault door that had wooden jail chambers inside. Very scary and we didn’t want to use the wash room because of it. The host was also not friendly. Even though this 1 star apartment was paid for, we were told by the host to watch our use of energy, even though we paid top dollar for a crappy room.

spacious and comfortable room,good location, warm and bright. well equipped kitchen. + large ski room.

no heating for ski boots. we skied for 7 days.The wet and cold boots made us very uncomfortable.

Nice property with everything you need plus good location and good quality appliances. I didn’t see the host but the instructions were clear and easy. Nice view to the Matterhorn. I’d like to stay here again for sure.
