Very welcoming, clean, close to the main square without having all the noise, loved it. Price was much better than I could have imagined. I will stay there again when I return.
This lovely hotel is only a few minutes walk from central Queretaro. The staff is excellent, very service oreinted and eager to please. The rooms are decent size with terrific air conditioning and nice amenities.
Beautiful hotel small and quite most of the time, absolutly spotlessly clean. Good location within walking distance to town. The pool was very nice and unexpected, did not see it in the advertisement. We could not have asked for a nicer hotel, very happy.
This hotels is quite charming, is 5 minutes walking distance from the main attractions in down town. the room was spotlessly clean and it has a small but conformably heated pool. On the down side: -Our room (on the top) was very small, it felt very cluttered as it has a huge useless wardrobe, and crooked angles. -Unfortunately, the person in reception who welcomed us forgot to tell us that our breakfast was included, and we only found out the day after by pure chance! -And as small note, I wouldn't call it "boutique hotel", as the rooms are pretty standard and without much character.
No heat in the rooms in winter. Under the blankets, it's cozy, though.
