I have stated in this hotel before but forgot to write a review. I enjoyed my stay, the hotel staff was very friendly, very accommodating excellent service, clean rooms. Close to Centro walking distance, pool area beautiful & decorative. I want to thank & congratulate the staff for making my stay so comfortable.

Unassuming from the front in an average neighbourhood, this hotel is beautiful on the inside. All rooms face onto the pool area which has a beautiful garden with unique wall decorations. It is a completely relaxing area. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are very nice. The staff always have a smile and hello for you and bend over backwards to assist. The continental breakfast is very good and a pleasant start to the day. The hotel location is excellent as it is a 10 min walk from the historic centre. There are also a number of good restaurants close by. Our only complaint is a water pump that comes on periodically; while it didn't interfere with our night sleep, it did with the afternoon nap. There is free valet parking. We will definitely return.

Close to El Centro this very clean,comfortable hotel is a good place to stay. Rooms are modern but the courtyard and walkway very Mexican. Breakfast was fresh fruit ,pan dulce and coffee. Plenty of eateries downtown but couldn't recommend the one next door. The pool was at least 30c (that's very warm in metric) and great to jump into after a day of exploring. It was cool in the evenings during our stay. Staff were very helpful.

Loved the place altogether. It's got a cozy vibe and service was great. The only "but" would be the price per dog stay. I think it's a bit pricey, $25 per dog per night. When you have a chihuahua I think that seems excessive. I would recommend to set a tabulator per size or something. Thanks

4 blocks from the main square, this cosy little boutique hotel was a real find. Really helpful and friendly staff gave us lots of helpful tips for how to get around (in English too which was really good for those in our party who don't speak Spanish). The rooms were small but really comfortable and clean. We'll be back!

Hotel is located very close from Centro Historico,it is clean ,service is excellent and is a small hotel, not noisy, not crowded,and for the price I think is a good value. I will consider it on my next stay.

We stayed downstairs by the pool. I don't know the room number, but I highly recommend this room. A Huge Bathroom. Such a Pleasant stay with no problems which is a Blessing in Mexico. The staff was Great especially a Young Lady who changed our room from upstairs to down. She was the Best - always Friendly !! The Breakfast was Unremarkable - I believe we went out for breakfast each morning. The Best part of our stay was the Swimming Pool. It was Heated and kept quite Warm. It isn't huge, but fabulous to go in even though the weather was cool. There are steps in the room I mentioned which may make it hard for some people. This city is Clean and Wonderful !!

We spent three and a half nights (we arrived in the early hours of the morning) at this comfortable and welcoming boutique hotel in Querétaro. Service is excellent, all the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable; there was no air conditioner but the ceiling fan was good enough at this time of year (late September). The room was a bit dark and there was no doormat, a shame since it rained every day and this meant we could not help getting the floor wet as we came in. The bathroom was spacious, with an excellent shower and very nice beauty products. The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre of the town. It is very safe to walk around the city. There are very few eateries near the hotel, however, so that one really needs to go into the old part of town in order to get a good meal. The "taquería" nearby is alright. The hotel breakfast consists of a nice plate of fruit and some buns. The hotel is spotless. The staff arranged for excellent tours to neighbouring towns and tourist sites. Querétaro is a friendly colonial city with lots of free activities in various squares of the city centre. We had a lot of fun.
