Hotel staff was very friendly and they were always eager to help. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a lot to choose from. Invited guests for dinner and the restaurant in the hotel was good and convenient. House keeping was good and made sure we had everything needed. Mani was very helpful and made sure that all housekeeping needs were met.

The say was good. For a star hotel the services could have been better. But the rooms are clean and spacious. The service was impressive. For the price I personally expected a little extra

At first while booking I was not sure about this place because of other review, but it was the best stay ever. Everything is good about this hotel and its really clean in and outside. I didnt see any other hotel at Mangalore that was this nice. When i come back, I will 100% stay there again.

I always stay at the taj manjarun in Mangalore but was very sad when the hotel was full when I tried to book it. Hence through Expedia I booked ocean pearl very apprehensively. However was pleasantly surprised to stay in a wonderful , clean hotel with excellent staff.

Reception desk staff average, not too friendly & less accommodating, probably because I was a female travelling solo! I preferred a higher floor room, was given the lowest floor room. Rest of hotel staff , very good & friendly. A gold bracelet left on my bed by oversight was neatly placed on the table by an extremely polite & friendly chamber maid.
