"Best hotel in Mangalore"

My wife and I, we drove from Bangalore and arrived at the Ocean Pearl around 8pm. The check-in was smooth. The lady at the reception ungraded us to Premium, which was very nice. The stay was excellent. The ambience in the room and the hygiene level were comparable to the best in the world. The vegetarian restaurant was par excellence - good cuisine and quick service. The coffee shop too was good and offered good service.

Extremely pleasing experience. I travel a lot and I have never experienced the level of warmth and comfort that I experienced at Ocean Pearl. Very importantly, almost the entire staff was very welcoming and made genuine efforts to make me feel comfortable during my stay! All small little requests were attended to promptly with a smile! Highly recommended hotel. Sagar Ratna restaurant is worth a mention here. Pure veg and excellent food here! Travel desk in the main lobby supports the stay very efficiently.

Thanks for the wonderful and comfortable stay! Will comeback ! The only negative part is I am surprise that small children were allowed in the jazz lounge !

I would stay there again. It was clean and comfortable and the food was good despite asking for no chilli in my food. I would like to say if there was someone with a nut allergy and they disregarded the request for no nuts and the person dies then the hotel would be in a lot of trouble. So management should take note of this and make sure its implemented.The client knows what they can and can't eat and the staff should take note and serve accordinngly.Apart from that it was excellent.
