"Hotel couldn't find my reservation"

On arrival, the hotel hadnt received my reservation, the reception was not pro-active in finding my reservation in their system despite i could show a booking and payment confirmation email from Hotels.com. The service is not worth the 4,5 stars. The floor was flooded during shower. Overall use of 'cheap-feel'-materials. Lean but good breakfast.

Bra hotell, någon kilometer utanför Bonns centrala delar. Omgivningarna är relativt vardagliga främst i form av bostäder. Bra frukost. Rena rum och bekväm säng. Parkering är gratis ute på gatan, samt utanför hotellets framsida (7-8 platser). Finns även ett garage för €14/natt.

This is my third stay here for work so they must do something right. It is in a secluded location with 100m walk to gt to the main road where the tram takes you directly to the town centre. Therefore in a few minutes you can be in the town centre but have a peaceful and tranquil setting. It has a friendly atmosphere with a little park/playground attached. Breakfasts are simple in a German style but good quality and a reasonable choice. Likely to stay again.
