Numa Bonn Bona

This was a nice stop over after being tired and wanting to find some where to stop for the evening. The hotel was fairly empty and quiet which was nice. There were facilities for working out and a sauna within the hotel but the hours didn't work with my schedule on this stay. The only down of the stay was the locking mechanism to the door. There was the pull over latch at the top of the door but the actual door didn't have the hole cut out in the door frame. Therefore, the room couldn't lock from its normal locking mechanism at the door handle. This is probably from renovations and had been overlooked when doing inspections. I was fine and comfortable but I don't know how comfortable I would be if a loved one was staying within this room alone. This was obvious after closing the door because the door couldn't seal properly and around the top frame of the door because of the light that came through. When checking out I also waited around and rung the bell for the staff for about 10 mins. Maybe there should be another form of contact rather than the bell if staff will be further away from the reception desk/bar area.

Ich war skeptisch, da die Bewertungen schlecht waren und wurde sehr positiv überzeugt. Die Stockwerke 7 - 3 sind komplett modernisiert und der Rest ist in Arbeit. Zimmer sind groß und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, Parken draußen war kostenlos und das kleine Schwimmbad war nett. Die Sauna war aktiv, wenngleich die Tür stark klemmt und quietscht. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, wenn auch das ständige abräumen während des Essens etwas nervte.

Wir haben das Zimmer mit unseren 2 Kindern geteilt und hatten eine gute Klappcouch für die beiden und keine Zustellbetten für die beiden. Aber der Renovierungsrückstand war katastrophal. Der Boden der Dusche war so kaputt (es waren mehrere Mosaikfliesen heraus gebrochen, dass man sich dort die Füße aufgeschnitten hätte. Es gab noch mehrere Defekte. Uns wurde nach Beschwerde mitgeteilt, dass das Haus sehr voll sei und deswegen kein renoviertes Zimmer zur Verfügung stand, aber bald alle Zimmer renoviert seien. Aber das kaputte Duschboden kann man meiner Meinung nach meinem Gast anbieten. Da geht es nicht mehr nur um Optik. Das Bad war von 2 Seiten mit Milchglas ins Zimmer begrenzt. Das ist zu viert nachts sehr unangenehm, weil wir uns gegenseitig durch das hellerleuchtete Bad geweckt haben. Das Bett bestand aus einer durchgehenden Matratze und hat ordentlich gewackelt, wenn man sich umgedreht hat. Ich bin davon nachts sehr oft geweckt worden.

Hotel does have parking but not share with customers. Swimming pool was not accessible as they were doing private lessons. Our bedroom had a fire exit with big bright light shining all night disturbing our sleep. Bathroom flooded as soon as we used shower

Frühstückskosten sind mit 19€ unverschämt und ein klarer Grund das Hotel nicht mehr aufzusuchen

Es war ein geräumiges Zimmer. Sauberkeit war ok. Leider war der Notausgang beleuchtet, sodass wir leider kein annähernd dunkles Zimmer zum Schlafen hatten - sehr unangenehm! Personal war leider etwas träge (ca. 10 - 15 Minuten an der Rezeption gewartet um einchecken zu können). Stellplatz war nur in der Tiefgarage möglich und mit 15€ pro Tag nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Teifgarage war auch sehr eng zum anfahren.

Zimmer war immer pünktlich sauber! Sehr angenehm wie immer

Würde ich noch mal buchen. Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gute Lage, Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal!

It was fantastic. The room was perfect, enough place for kids.
