"Excellent"

Over de service waren wij niet zo tevreden. Bij aankomst hebben wij zeker een kwartier aan de balie moeten wachten tot er iemand kwam opdagen. Wij moesten s'ochtens om 7,30 uur kunnen vertrekken en we konden pas ontbijten om 7,30 uur.

Die Idee, die Hotellobby in Wohnbereiche aufzuteilen ist witzig und schick, die freie Pool-Benutzung Daumen hoch, wir waren leider nur eine Nacht bei ihnen, aber kommen gerne wieder und berichten von der günstigen Stadtnähe, der Kompetenz des Personals und dem aufgeräumten und Willkommen heißenden Ambiente.

In dem Hotel herrscht überwiegend ein penetranter Geruch (nach Chlor), der bis in die Zimmer zieht. Dieses Problem muss unbedingt behoben werden!

"Good hotel but shady management"

Great Hotel, but they rip you off to get more money, offer upgrade for your room while not naming upgrade price and making it seem like it’s for free, but then at check out charge you with enormous sums. Mini bar prices are disrespectfully expensive. Rather look for different Hotel while in Bonn.

Aufenthalt war gut - Bad muss dringend renoviert werden - Fliesen in der Dusche am Boden fehlen. Hotel will aber alle Bäder in kürze renovieren.

Ik had een 1 tweepersoons bed gevraagd en kreeg 2 eenpersoons bedden. De douche was donker (geen verlichting). Tapijt en gordijnen waren niet zo proper, netheid kon beter en afwerking ook (bv toilet, douche). Ontbijt was duur, parking was moeilijk te vindn in de buurt het was vrij druk. Voor 1 nacht is dit wel een goed hotel. Welness niet gebruikt.

Plus: Het hotel was erg aangenaam, mooi design! Verder zwembad, sauna en fitness beschikbaar inpandig. Min: Op de site staat niet duidelijk dat je parkeergeld moet betalen (a 12 euro per dag!).

"Weekend a Bonn/Koln"

Camera molto piccola ma molto pulita. Hotel dotato di wifi e zona fitness. Abbiamo scelto l'hotel per spostarci tra Bonn e Colonia ed è in posizione ottima. Il centro di Bonn è raggiungibile in 15' con il tram, l'autostrada è vicina all'hotel.
