Hampton Inn - Burlington

I stayed there 3-17-25 for one night for work purposes. I left the next day and had accidentally left my laptop there. The staff had found it and when I called, they had it safe and sound. The general manager Jeff personally took it to the post office and mailed it to me. The whole time, he was comforting, assuring me he had it taken care of and he wouldn’t accept pay from me for delivery charges. He made a potential horrible experience a wonderful one and thanks to him and his staff, Hampton Inn has a customer for life! Jeff, you need to teach a class on customer service because you are indeed an expert at it! Thank you sir!

The staff was great. Room was smallish and halls sometimes messy. Basically positive.

This hotel is right next to a railroad track. Even with our room on the opposite side of the hotel, we heard trains all night long.

Clean, great staff, good location.

Sat in the hot tub and watched the world and trains go by. You can see them but not hear them.

Just ok. Our room didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave and the heat/ac did not seem to work properly. The room was clean for the most part. We were also on the side by the train tracks which are very close to the hotel.

Great location, can't beat it! Try the bakery across the street and the coffee shop in town. Room was pretty small compared to normal. Breakfast was excellent. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Right next to the train tracks and very loud if you're a light sleeper. Would book again if in Burlington!
