The location was great. Good breakfast. The agent helping check in was very pleasant.

The train sound coming in the room. According to my Granddaughter it sounded like it was coming right through the room. Dirty pool area. Used bandaids laying around. Not enough towels to dry off.

the walls are paper thin. You can hear someone sneeze in the other room. the cleaning service doesn’t clean the room they just make the beds. they didn’t vacuum they didn’t replace the towels or throw out the garbage

The pool and the breakfast were both great for our 4-year-old.

The location made me give this a poor rating. It is directly next to train tracks and passing trains woke our family up at least 6-8 times overnight. We asked for a room that would be buffered as much from the train noise, as possible, and had 2 sound machines running, but they did not make any difference.

We lived everything about our room, breakfast and the very kind staff. However, we were disturbed by loud neighbors-not unruly, but they could be heard through the wall talking in medium loud conversation. We tried knocking to no avail, and hesitated to report it as we weren’t sure which room it was coming from. Wondering if a reminder of quiet hours could be given at checkout and the check in texts could be sent at 10pm reminding people of quiet hours.

A rather small room, but was truly all we needed. Staff and cleanliness were top notch. Just grabbed a danish and coffee from the breakfast buffet… but it looked very nice!!

"It was OK, would stay there again."

Early check-in was available. Breakfast was sufficient; breakfast staff was amazing.

Check-in was hindered because I booked through booking.com. Our heater was very noisy.
