This is a fairly new property, but it ia scaled down Hampton Inn. It's clean, but the rooms are very small and basic... no refrigerator, no frills, none of the things that make it feel like home. It definitely is better than the other options we saw online for this area. The small town of Burlington is quaint and the Hampton Inn is an easy walk to restaurants and the cute town. We are enjoying it.

"Outdated, smelly and noisy"

The room is seriously outdated, the shower was disgustingly dirty and the washroom smelled bad. The bed was uncomfortable and the duvet cover was slippery and kept slipping off the bed. The temperature control was a major issue as well, couldn’t keep a steady temperature, so we had to turn it off. The reception had a poor attitude, always complaining about something - which isn’t my problem if the computer is slow, or that you don’t know we’re things are kept or that the coffee is empty. The pool and hot tub were very dirty as well, according to people in my party who decided to check it out. Breakfast was okay, sure glad there was a waffle iron, which was the only saving grace. The only great thing about this hotel, is its location. Everything else is wrong. The walls are paper thin as well. Sure glad we brought our pink noise machine to drown out any sounds of people going up and down the stairs, and the trains that pass several times a night. We loved Burlington and it’s quaint shops, but we would never stay at this place and I would not recommend it either.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, same room even. The lamp shade is broke, has been since we stayed the first time. The room could use a deep clean. Sweep Round the baseboards, clean bathroom shower doors and slides. Other then that room is comfortable and convenient.

"Trains all nighy"

This hotel is on the railroad tracks and trains run through all night. I got very little sleep. The breakfast was horrible and the coffee was cold.
