Waterscape Condominiums

My overall experience with the Waterscape was great. Easy check-in process as well as we received a card to rent out newly released DVDs for free. The one bedroom condo was clean and spacious, with the basic amenities provided. The only con was that the heater for the heated pools was down for repair for most of out stay.

2 things about the room itself I did not like the first was the bed was VERY uncomfortable. The mattress was old, lumpy, and the springs were loud & squeeky. The 2nd thing was the tub in the master bath had an extremely slow drain. You had to wait at least 10 mins for the tub to empty before another person could take a shower. The slow drain I could deal with but the bad mattress really made my stay uncomfortable because I did not sleep well at all through out our stay. It was so bad that my husband and I discussed sleeping on the pull out couch instead. The next issue I had was with the other people staying at the hotel.I chose this hotel because I thought it was a good family environment and for the most part it was until we reached Friday night. We returned to Waterscape Friday night to beer cans strewn all over the hall ways and even passed a drunk guy unconscious laying in front of another condo door on our way back to our room. Early the next morning we decided to go for a walk on the beach and when the elevator door opened the inside of the elevator was covered in vomit and beer cans...we walked to another elevator. Upon reaching the first floor there were more beer cans and what looked like a small pool of blood and more vomit. This was DISGUSTING!!! It looked like college students on spring break went crazy all over the place, and here I thought we found a nice family place. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Spent a few days at Waterscape with the family. Very nicely appointed rooms and a wonderful array of pools (of various temperatures) to choose from. Quick and fast beach access. Every guest room includes two free beach chairs and an umbrella (each day) - a big plus. A fun poolside "Tiki" bar with plenty of tasty snacks too. All in all I would heartily recommend this resort to friends and family (though be prepared for a non full service stay - and bring your own supplies!).

The Condo was Amazing -- clean, location excellent - and the Pools and Beach areas were awesome!

I would give this five stars if the condo owners would buy new mattresses for the beds. Other than that I loved this place. Great pools and beach area!

Exceeded expectations! This was our first family beach vacation and was a great way to show my kids the ocean. I loved the pools and options for younger kids too. Will definately return soon

This was a great place to stay. We had no complaints at all. Would recomend it to any one.

Even for a long weekend this IS the place to stay. We have 2 children 8 and 6, and they adored the pool area and easy access to the beautiful beach. We found this very family friendly and easy going! The room was very clean and accommodating, with a great view of the pool, I would recommend waterscape 100%!! I just cannot wait to go back :)
