Waterscape Condominiums

This place was so beautiful, it was definitely paradise, we took 3 kids with us and it was so family friendly. The condo was huge and spacious, it had everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and the views breathtaking. Didn't want to leave

This was a beautiful amazing place to stay! Gorgeous pools. Lots of families with young children. But quiet in the evenings. Loved the little view of ocean and sitting on balcony. Instructions for checking in/out, elevators, & parking were very detailed and helpful. We extended our stay two days. Would like to go back.

The pools are why I chose this property. They were perfect for our five year old. The condo was perfect too

The resort overall is very nice. Just as expected the pools for kids and lazy river is great if you are traveling with kids. It is very kids friendly. Room overall was ok. Felt like the carpeting havent been updated in a while, and if you are planing on cooking make sure you bring condiments, like salt pepper, sugar and whatever else type sauses you might need. Kitchen is pretty much empty besides some pans, coffee maker, blender, plates, and silverware. Another thing was, i reserved a stay for 10 nights. You would think that the house keeper has a guest list or something to be able to know that and possibly leave enough trash bags and toilet paper for the time of stay so we dont run out. Wishfull thinking. Bring trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel if you used to using it. We did enjoy our stay though, figured the money they charge, little things like that should be a given.

It was fantastic!! Great place for kids to stay if they enjoy the water. 3 pools and 1 kiddie area. They grills all along the property where you can cook your own food. My kids have already asked me to stay there again next time we go

The condo and pool was everything they said. The only problem with our unit (A631) was that it was very far from the beach.

Daughter loved the pools. Beachfront and spacious clean resort.

Lovely lobby and grounds. Gracious staff. Nicely decorated and good location. We will return!!

Overall our experience was great. PROS: We enjoyed the various pools & waterplay, and the room was clean and larger than we expected. CONS:Sirens at all hours of the day & night bc the fire station is directly across the street. Late arrivals (like us) get an envelope that we thought would have room keys and info as to what room we were assigned. Instead guests are required to call their customer service line for a code to enter your room. (Glad we had cell phones!)We were expecting to check in at a desk to get keys to our room and the 411 on things like how to checkout. When we visited the desk the next day the staff was not very friendly, & gave minimal info. We ended up going back to the desk a few days later to ask about checkout, and that's when we learned they planned to send a text message to our cell phone, but since we booked through Expedia our cell # was not in their system. So we stumbled through steps that should not have been any hassle at all. One other minor disappointment was that we expected a game room since one is posted on their site, but that is no longer there. So there were some areas we weren't crazy about, but we still enjoyed our time at the beach.
