Waterscape Condominiums

Very pleasant. Terrible traffic, but this expected. Great restaurants. Beach was clean.

The hotel looked nice but room B630 is disgusting, room reaks of urine and the bed is the worst I have ever slept on. They are obviously aware as they topped it witha piece of foam that was stained and covered in hair. The mattress was so bad you couldnt turn over in bed without waking your spouse. The last night I slept on the loveseat. I should have know something was up when the airfreshener was so strong in the room when we checked in that I knew they were masking something. YUK!!

This is a great condo. The pool is really nice and even has a bar with sandwiches. It was kept very clean inside and outside. We stayed on 3rd floor and the palm trees blocked the view of the ocean but the 5th or 6th floor you could see the ocean.

This was a perfect place for kids. The pools were great (although in October had hoped it would all be heated instead of just one regular pool). The room was a little dusty but overall it was amazing. The parking deck was tall enough for our truck to drive through comfortably. The surrounding area is great. Overall couldn't have asked for a better place for a family vacation

We have stayed here several times particularly love their outdoor facilities.

Great place to stay with kids...The beach is beautiful and very clean...High recommend it..

Just a get away to relax - was Great!

Fort Walton wins for having the shortest drive from Cincinnati to some ocean front place in Florida. This condo complex is probably better during hot summer days instead of spring break. There was one heated pool. It was not the pool the kids really wanted to be in. They would have much preferred the pools with all the kid play activities be heated. We saw lots of kids running to play in the cold pools then running to one of the hot tubs to warm up. Some kids were shivering by the time they came to the hot tub. The beach is beautiful. It was spring break so not surprising the ocean water was not very comfortable. The condo rooms were so-so. I'd say they are expensive for their condition. The carpet was a bit worn down and dirty. The beds are noisy. The sofa so-so condition and comfort. Bathrooms kind of cheaply done. Overall it was fine for several days. Just not as luxiourious for about the same price as other condos we've stayed out in the Destin area.

When we arrived the lady who served us was less than friendly.We were led to believe every room had an ocean view ours did not in fact there appeared to be others with better views that were empty.Not a big deal but a bit of let down. Over all our unit was very basic with in our opinion poor furniture.Two of the chairs in kitchen dinning area were very shaky so we never used them.The couch was so so.The garbage can in the kitchen where we put our smelly food left overs had no lid and was in a completely open area not underneath the sink where it should be.The balcony was nice but I noticed a big rip in the screen and we found the screen doors hard to close.In the kitchen we noticed a large crack in the valence light fixture.None of these warranted us to call but I think these things should be noted by cleaning staff and addressed by management.Since our frig did not have a ice maker that worked I asked where the ice machine was and was told to go across the road to purchase some.None of these things were all that serious but over all did not leave us with a good feeling. On a positive note the beaches are beautiful and visitor friendly lots of attractions nearby.Drive along route 30A and go the Armament museum(free) near the airport and also head over to Pensacola to the Naval Airplane museum (free) to spend a day.Families would enjoy Gulfarium within walking distance.They had a $5 seniors special on Wed's for FEB only.

Good location that is close to the beach. Bad part is that the office is only open until 5pm and don't appear that they are real interested in helping you. Asked a couple questions and felt that I was bothering them. Their front desk personnel could use some training on making their guests feel welcome. As an owner in another part of Wyndham this location did not make us feel valued as a guest, which is what we are used to when we visit our other locations.
