Comfortable room but a lot more basic then I thought it would be and free parking

Food was very expensive, if you want use the pool it’s £15 a day which for residents that’s a joke, no included breakfast, no fridge in the room. Couldn’t change the water in the bath from boiling hot, no separate shower.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of options

There was a lack of facilities for a hot summer's day/night. The room had no aircon or fridge and it was a very hot day and night. There was a fan in the wardrobe, but it just circulated the hot air in the small room. I couldnt keep the bottle of water I'd bought cold as no fridge in our room and it was very hot when we were getting ready to go out and also overnight. The bathroom floor wasnt very clean I could see bits of black on there.

Breakfast was good, it would be nice to see a vegetarian option, also better quality orange juice and coffee.

Orange juice was watered down. Coffee was not a strong flavour No vegetarian sausages

It was very hot room and duvet so thick need summer quilt. Also light hanging down from ceiling
