Facilities were great. Lovely quiet hotel, but very accommodating of our young children. Good quality breakfast

Beds weren’t particularly comfortable

The room was so clean, and the spa was fabulous. The room was really quiet and the bed was comfortable with good facilities.

Free parking and possibility to charge car Bar was good and staff very friendly and efficient. Room was a really good size with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and hair dryer.

Window really high up so you had no view. Breakfast ok but could be improved.

Good food in Restaurant for evening meals

The hotel was easily found and accessible. Location was good for getting to nearby venues and events. Parking was good, on-site and free. The discounted EV charge rate was excellent.

Water outage in the morning. We were told this was unexpected but it felt like this was known about in advance, in which case we should have been advised so we could have showered etc. in good time. I chose this hotel over others for the Pool & Spa. The pool area was not as viable for us as I had expected with a £15 pp charge per day it wasn't value for money for the 2 days we were there when we would have used it for maybe 2-3 hours max over the whole stay

Rooms were spotless & very comfortable, staff were very helpful & friendly. Very pretty location. Didn't have time to use the spa however it was a nice option to have. Shower was great.

Food menu in restaurant seemed quite limited. Food itself was OK however a little pricey
