Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf, BW Premier Collection

The breakfast was fairly standard, much like any other hotel. There’s a pleasant walk around the grounds, with easy access to the golf course and The Folds. The bedroom was exactly as expected.

Understandably, the accommodation price has increased for a single night. It would be nice to see a wider variety at breakfast, such as organic milk and other organic options.

Beautiful settings

The beds were not very comfortable. Very soft mattress that was dipped allot in the middle, also the shower mixer tap was turned to really hot and we couldn’t alter it to make it cooler

Nice location. Has got swimming pool with the Malvern view. Small sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, would have preferred a jacuzzi with Malvern views. We did a Malvern walk and stayed there for a wedding. Very friendly staff. Huge car park.

No air condition , windows are very high, could be very warm in summer months. No mini fridge either in the room. But we enjoyed the stay. Would stay again to explore Malvern hills.
