The location is amazing but , service is slow and not professional, staff not friendly , hotel needs update in every corner

I returned to this hotel as I loved my first visit; however, I will not return again. Though I mentioned that we were celebrating a special event, registered for an "Executive Room," and staying a week, we were given a room next to the kitchen (room 105), which was noisy starting at 7am and until 11:30pm. I requested a move, but was told they were full; however, at breakfast I watched people come and go--we could have easily been moved because of the length of our stay. Throughout our visit, there was no consistent internet--it would work for 5 min and then not again until the next day or not at all. I had to go to the cafe up the street to connect. When we arrived there were no hangers in the closet--I asked for 3 days before they were delivered. The main shower head was broken, only the hand held one worked. They didn't bother to try to fix it, so we just made do. Service sometimes came, sometimes not. We would return at 3pm and have to request that the room be cleaned and then also request additional towels since they consistently only supplied for 1 person. The valet and breakfast people were consistently friendly and wonderful. The front desk people didn't care that we had issues and made no attempt to improve our stay. They just didn't care. When I checked out, I told the manager the continued issues. She made no apologies or any attempt to get me to return. She just didn't care. I told her I will not be returning. This is NOT a 5 star hotel--I was so disappointed

The hotel is in a central location making it easy to walk from but also means the music is fairly loud in the evenings - Ask for a room furthest from the street & bar noise. This would be the highest floor rooms. The bathrooms (countertops & shower) could do with a deep clean between each stay and the room service food quality was not good. The breakfast selection is also not the standard you’d expect from a 5* hotel so perhaps explore the beautiful restaurants in the area for food. The staff were very accommodating though and the executive suites are large and very comfortable. The welcome snacks are also a very nice touch.

I had a beautiful experience while visiting Byblos and lodging in this hotel. My room had a stupendous sea view, and was spacious enough to spend a whole evening reading in my bed ! The breakfast is delicious and well served. Too bad they don’t have a big pool. The service was up to the required level.

The view direct to the sea is sooo relaxing. The rooms are large.

We enjoyed our honeymoon stay at Byblos sur Mer, with calm reception, very clean junior suite and nice sea view. Breakfast was excellent, rich and staff friendly. I would recommend it for a quick getaway or longer stay as you have many surrounding touristic destinations, beaches and attractions.

Great experience. Staff are great, location can’t be better. So many good options near by and at the facility. You can walk around, small beach with great blue water and no sand. Historical location that worth the trip.

All the staff were friendly, from the reception to the Room Service, to the Housekeeping. The room was nice, clean and well-stocked with everything you could want. The location is great and the view is stunning. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for three nights and the view off the balcony was a sight to behold. The bed is comfortable and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is great by having the chef make your favorite style of eggs. The stay was worthwhile and you can walk to all the restaurants in the area
