"Overall good but could improve "

The check-in process was fine, and the staff was nice. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Not vacuumed well. Mold on the shower head, and the shower head needs replacing. The desk / TV stand was sticky with drink residue and was not wiped down. Complimentary Breakfast was good.

"A Good place to stay near Swansboro"

Hampton Inn was very nicely kept & accommodating. Gentleman checking us in very kind & helpful. We needed a room away from pets due allergies - though they were fairly full, they tried to assist us. Hot morning coffee in a neatly kept spacious & nicely presented area was definitely a plus. Young lady @ front counter nicely decorated lobby to honor America’s War dead & Missing in Action (Memorial Day). -thank you for the salute to our Heroes! Nicest place to stay near Swansboro NC.

I have had family stay here in the past and everyone loved it. It is a great property, spacious and comfortable room and an exceptionally nice continental breakfast. There were a few issues that disappointed us. One of two elevators was out of service for our entire stay as was the ice machine on our floor. The maid service was nonexistent except to swap towels. They left us fewer towels than we had used, left the bathroom trash can unemptied, and cleaned nothing after 3 days. We still had a nice stay overall. Sorry to see a Hilton let the usual high standards slip.

"Burial duties versus large group of non supervised preteens"

Staff went above abd beyond

Right by elevators. Large group of preteen that slammed doors, rode elevators and yelled and screamed in hallways til 3 a.m.
