Estive por 7 dias hospedada no Neruda Express em Santiago, adorei! Super bem localizado e bem atendida. Limpíssimo, chuveiro deliciosos, café da manhã muito gostoso e a Equipe nota mil! Retornarei.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, although we had a little difficulty communicating in English.

Nothing fancy about this place... was a bit outdated and the front desk staff not very friendly or helpful...My colleague who flew in after a long trip was made to wait a good 5-6 hours to check in.... though they kept his bags... he was out and about wandering ...and when I checked in and later and inquired about my friend, they said he hasn't checked in yet.. in a panic I called him to only wake him up sound asleep in his room! Rooms were sort of dated and the plug points were too far from the night stand or bed... (I have to plug in a CPAP and that was a challenge) 3rd floor windows were not very sound proof so could hear the roar of the diesel engine of buses and trucks all day. The bathroom door swings into the closet side and VERY TINY bathroom that is dated. Shower in tub was TINY and very congested. Overall, it is just a functional hotel, not good for long stays, one or two days max is doable. Wouldn't come again though.

Biggest issue for me is bad internet connection in the room, which is to me critical for my work. Room is clean but feels cold, no character, breakfast basic. Reception arriving was very friendly, but checking out was opposite. Price might be interesting for location, but I want to pay a bit more for better services.

This hotel is very close to the city center and the business area. The area has some nice restaurants and it is safe to walk around! The comfort of this hotel is average. Hence, do not expect very high comfort level. Bed sheets were clean and WiFi was more or less OK! However, for two nights it was OK! The Costanera Mall is in walking distance, about 15 minutes!

About the hotel, it is kinda old, so not very comfortable. The basics: hot water, wifi and clean bed sheets were ok. I was in a room for 3 that was so small that we didn't have room in the closet to hang our clothes, and we didn't have room to put our suitcases. When we asked for a change, because we had friends in another rooms for 3 that was twice the size of our's, they told us that the problem's that the building is like that, it gets smaller the higher it is. We asked if the room was really for 3 or if it was for 2 but they added 1 bed, they said "no", but that was obviously a lie.

This hotel is in a good location at the bussines area, full of restaurants around e good conection by bus and underground. I has a great breakfast, rooms are clean and internet works properly. People from reception are helpful. Totally recomend

service is the baddest, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Since the time that we arrived to the hotel the staff in charge at the reception was awful, even though we where able to speak the language. Just cero interest in helping you out. I regretted the fact I had prepaid a 2 day stay on my credit card without knowing the place...facts are that after waiting 2 hours at lobby they gave me a small room # 601 (toilet 2 inches away from the tub ), extremely noisy so much that at 1 am we had to switch rooms to the 9th floor. It defeated the entire purpose of resting in between flights. It has a good location, however it's 50 yards away from a very busy and noisy avenue. There are no guides for tv channels so you have to figure out where news or sports are at on your own. Breakfast just plain and simple. There are plenty of hotels around the area on very quite streets. I will never recommend this particular hotel to anyone whatsoever.
