Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, com um café da manhã com várias opções e tudo muito gostoso. Quarto confortável com chuveiro quente e ar condicionado. Os funcionários, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

En general todo bien, el personal muy amable. La limpieza regular y sobretodo baño muy regular.

I don’t understand how this hotel has such good reviews. The sheets were stained, the mattress springs made it almost impossible to sleep, there were broken tiles in the bathroom. There was a safe, but no key to open it. There was no iron and the closet door in my room was attached to a slanted wall so I had to jam my body into the closet to keep it from slamming shut. The service was also really bad. Checkout took very long.

Check in, etc was perfect. The hotel even arranged a last minute tour for me. The interior was a bit run down.

Location, bathroom space and shower the only plus

Old window type that let cold goes in (thin glass). I could not feel room comfortable since it would not warm my room enough. It is clean and people is nice despite.

Charging 4 dollars water is too much. We are in Chile. Come on!

Reserve habitacion para capacidad limitada, hay correcciones que hacer en la ducha, como que falta baranda y un antideslizantes en el piso, que estoy seguro que realizarán. Todo lo comenzó la excelente y humana atención de su personal, los felicito
