Hotel muito bom, recepcionistas super atenciosos e com a preocupação de falar lentamente para quem não fala espanhol entender. Café da manhã super bem servido e quarto amplo, limpo e super confortável.

Excelente hotel. La atención fue maravillosa desde el momento en que llegamos. El desayuno es muy completo. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño adecuado para dos personas. El baño muy limpio y moderno. La ubicación también espectacular, cerca de estación de metro y del Costanera Center. Definitivamente volvería.
