Mr Express

Fue mi segunda estancia en este hotel muy bien ubicado. Desayuno excelente. Al lado de buenos restaurantes. Bien comunicado por metro y taxi. Habitacion limpia y amplia. Buen servicio de Wifi. Excelente valor por precio pagado.

El personal al momento dEl check out fue poco amable, eso hizo perjudicar la vision de la visita al hotel

Good location to visit various places, bed is not stable, moveable and makeing noise. Front staff are helpful, only few too grumpy.

I chose the Neruda Express because of its proximity to the Metro and to my friends' house. For location, it's great. It is only a couple blocks from some of the best restaurants in Las Condes, and there are two metro stations within a few blocks as well. The room was large, with a double bed, desk, and sofa, but a bit strangely laid out. I had to move the sofa a bit in order to sit there and watch TV (which was fine for watching from the bed, but not what I wanted to do). There was also only one outlet available as all the others were in use for various lights and appliances. Breakfast was similarly OK but not outstanding.

my room 401 is next to the main ventilator of the hotel which making so much nosie. breakfast was good

Mucho ruido y poca comodidad

TERRIBLE, es el nombre que define. Llegando al Hotel no había nadie en la recepción, 5 minutos para alguna persona (una) aparecer. En la habitación, la refrigeradora no funcionaba, cuanfue sacar para mirar se estaba enchufada, TOTALMENTE SUCIO, sin limpieza y llena de polvo. Yo tengo alergia, así que me cambiaron de habitación. Llegando a la otra anotación, la misma cosa, solo que la refrigeración si funcionaba. Pues bien, me fue a otro hotel, este este ASCO do Hotel se recusa en devolver mi Plata. No RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Hace 4 años que vamos, nos parece excelente, pero siempre ligamos mal con el café que tiene siempre borra..!!! Pero seguiremos yendo. Personal muy amable y buen servicio.

En general bien; sin embargo, la tv la encontré demasiado pequeña.

El colchón era terriblemente duro! Falta Mantencion
